WFM + Amazon | Prime Day 2018

This was Whole Foods Market’s first Prime Day participation after the acquisition and I created the landing page to communicate the different offers going on in the stores for the epic day and a half of deals.

One of the offers during Prime Day was “Spend $10, Get $10” where customers could spend $10 in our stores and then get another $10 credit to use on Prime Day. To ensure customers received their credit and to reduce the number of customer care cases, we implemented a validation check within the mobile app where customers could enter in their receipt ID to self-check and alleviate the need to call Amazon customer service.
